Vero Scribe offers paid access through Pro. Pricing is localized by country. Depending on your billing location, prices are shown and charged in either USD or CAD.
Your exact amount and currency are confirmed in Stripe checkout before you subscribe.
Pro includes Vero's core documentation and workflow features, including templates, Vero Chat, Vero Evidence, Insights, ICD codes, snippets, multilingual support, PDF Forms, and more.
Student or trainee? You may qualify for a discounted plan. See the Trainee & Student Discount article.
Free Trial and Free Tier
New accounts may start with a free trial or free-tier access depending on current plan availability.
Trial: Try the Pro experience before committing.
Free tier: Limited monthly usage with your notes, templates, and settings preserved.
You can track usage from Account > Profile, in the usage or plan section.
Upgrading to Pro
Open Account from the left sidebar.
Go to Profile.
Find the plan or subscription section.
Click Upgrade to Pro.
Choose your billing option and continue to Stripe checkout.
Promotion codes, when available, are entered during checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
Open Account > Profile.
Find the plan or billing section.
Click Manage Plan.
This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update payment methods, view invoices, change billing intervals when available, or cancel your subscription.
If your Pro access comes from a team or organization, billing may be managed by the team billing owner or by Vero support instead of from your personal Profile page.
Using the mobile app? Subscription changes must be made from the web version of Vero Scribe.
Checking Usage
Open Account > Profile.
Find the Usage section.
Review your current period and usage count.
Paying for Multiple Users
Teams let clinics or organizations put multiple accounts under one shared plan and consolidated billing workflow.
Open Account > Team.
If you are not already part of an organization, either accept an invitation or create your own team if your plan allows it.
Invite teammates by email from the Team page.
For Stripe-billed teams, team billing owners can manage the plan from Account > Team. For manually invoiced teams, seat changes are handled by Vero support.

What Happens If I Cancel or My Trial Ends?
Trial expires: Your account moves to the available free or limited access state. Existing notes, templates, and settings are preserved.
Cancel Pro: You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then your account changes to the available free or limited access state.
Payment fails: Update your payment method from Account > Profile > Manage Plan, when self-serve billing is available for your account.
Your data is not deleted by cancellation or downgrade. Your notes, templates, and patient records remain in your account unless you delete them.
