Vero on Your Phone
Vero is available on iOS and Android in addition to the web. The mobile app is built for recording visits, reviewing notes, asking questions, and continuing work across devices.
A common workflow:
Record on your phone during the visit.
Pick a template and let Vero generate the note.
Finish on your computer when you want a larger screen, keyboard, or EMR workflow.
Your encounters, notes, patients, templates, and chats sync across devices when you sign in with the same account.

Opening the Sidebar
Tap the sidebar icon in the top-left corner to open navigation. You can also swipe inward from the very left edge of the screen.
Microphone Permissions
Recording requires microphone access. The first time you hit Record, your phone asks for permission. Tap Allow.
If access was denied, open your device settings, find Vero, enable Microphone, and restart the app.
Subscription Changes Happen on the Web
For App Store and Play Store policy reasons, plan changes are managed from the web version of Vero.
Open veroscribe.com in a browser outside the installed app.
Sign in with the same account.
Open Settings → Billing & Usage and use the plan controls.
For team settings, open Settings → Team on the web.
Recording, Screen Lock, and Battery
Platform | Behavior while recording |
iOS | Recording can continue while the app is minimized or the phone is locked. |
Android | Recording can continue while the app is minimized or the phone is locked. |
If an Encounter Does Not Appear on Another Device
Confirm both devices are signed in to the same Vero account.
Reconnect to the internet, reopen Vero, and use Search to look by title, patient, or date.
Check Settings > Archived on the web.
If it is still missing, contact Vero Support with the approximate encounter date and time, device, app version, and account email.
Do not clear app or account data while troubleshooting a missing or unsynced encounter.
What Works Better on the Web
Building or editing complex templates.

Long-form note edits and EMR copy/paste workflows.
Telehealth Mode using browser tab audio.
