Insights are Vero's clinical documentation review feature. After generating a note, use Insights from the note toolbar to review suggestions for missing details, red flags, differential considerations, and documentation gaps.

How Insights Work
Vero reviews your generated note and encounter context, then organizes suggestions that may help improve completeness or clinical safety.
You may see:
Additional details you may want to include.
Red flags to consider documenting or following up.
Differential considerations relevant to the case.
Clinical reminders such as vitals, social history, medication review, return precautions, or physical exam findings.
