Insights

Insights analyze your note and provide guideline-based suggestions. Identify red flags, missing details, and clinical considerations in real time.

What Are Insights?

Insights are Vero's clinical documentation review feature. After generating a note, use Insights from the note toolbar to review suggestions for missing details, red flags, differential considerations, and documentation gaps.

Insights are designed to support clinical reasoning and documentation quality. They do not replace clinical judgment.

Vero Insights provides educational and documentation support. It should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment decisions. Always verify clinical content against trusted references and apply professional judgment.

How Insights Work

Vero reviews your generated note and encounter context, then organizes suggestions that may help improve completeness or clinical safety.

You may see:

  • Additional details you may want to include.

  • Red flags to consider documenting or following up.

  • Differential considerations relevant to the case.

  • Clinical reminders such as vitals, social history, medication review, return precautions, or physical exam findings.

When to Use Insights

  • After the first draft — check whether important documentation elements may be missing.

  • For complex visits — review multi-problem notes for missed follow-up, red flags, or counselling.

  • For learners — compare the note against structured suggestions to improve clinical documentation habits.

Best Practices

  • Review Insights after generating your first draft.

  • Use them as a safety net, not a script.

  • Only incorporate suggestions that are clinically accurate and supported by the encounter.

  • Use Vero Chat if you want help revising the note based on a specific insight.

Insights adapt to the note, template, and available context. They are dynamic and case-specific, but they still require clinician review.
