Multilingual Mode
You can transcribe in up to 3 languages simultaneously.
Vero automatically captures each language spoken during the encounter, making it easy to support diverse patient populations.
How to Enable
Start a New Encounter.
In the recording bar at the bottom of the encounter, click the waveform icon on the left (with the ^ chevron) to open the Settings panel.
From the Voice Language dropdown, select up to 3 languages you frequently use in your practice.
From the Output Language dropdown, pick the language your final note should be written in.
Vero will detect and transcribe all chosen voice languages in real time, and generate the note in your chosen output language.
Language settings can only be changed before you start recording. Both dropdowns are locked while a recording is active.
For best results, select the 2–3 languages you use most often in your practice.
Vero will handle language switching seamlessly during your encounters.
Example Use Cases
Switching between English and French in a single visit.
Supporting patients who move fluidly between English and Spanish.
Adding a caregiver's contributions in another language alongside the patient's.
Output Language
While you can record in multiple voice languages, Output Language is a separate setting in the same panel that controls the language of your generated note. Record the encounter in English and French, for example, but have the final note written entirely in English (Canadian) — useful for documentation, patient handouts, or EMR consistency.
Why It Matters

Supports multilingual families and communities.
