Creating an Account

How to create a Vero Scribe account with email and password, Apple, or Google, then verify your email and start using Vero.

Vero supports account creation with an email and password, Apple, or Google.

Create an account with email and password

  1. Open the signup page.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Create a password.

  4. Review and accept Vero's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  5. Click Create account.

After you submit the form, Vero sends a six-digit verification code to your email address.

Verify your email

  1. Check your inbox for the verification email from Vero.

  2. Enter the six-digit code on the verification screen.

  3. Click Verify Code, or simply finish entering the six digits and Vero will submit the code automatically.

Once verified, you will be taken into Vero. If you started signup from a specific invite or page, Vero will try to return you there after verification.

If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you already created an account but have not verified it, try signing in again; Vero will send a new confirmation email when needed.

Create an account with Apple or Google

You can also use the buttons on the signup page to continue with Apple or Google.

  1. Open the signup page.

  2. Click Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.

  3. Complete the sign-in steps with that provider.

  4. After the provider confirms your identity, Vero signs you in and opens the app.

If this is your first time using Vero with that Apple or Google account, Vero creates your account during this process.

If you are joining through a team invite

If you received a team invite, create your account using the same email address that received the invite. Vero checks this during signup. If you use a different email, the invite cannot be accepted.

Troubleshooting

Invalid or blocked email

Use a valid work or personal email address. Some disposable or temporary email services are not accepted.

Account already exists

For privacy, Vero may show a generic error instead of confirming whether an account already exists. If signup does not work, try signing in or resetting your password.

Signup page opens the app instead

If you are already signed in, Vero may redirect you straight to the app instead of showing the signup form.

Verification code not working

Make sure you are entering the newest six-digit code from your email. If the code fails, clear the field and try again. If needed, return to sign in and Vero can send a fresh confirmation email.

Next steps

After your account is created, Vero opens the app so you can start your first encounter, create a note, set your preferences, and explore templates, patients, chat, and Evidence.
