Reset your password
If you use an email address and password to sign in to Vero, you can reset your password with a six-digit code sent to your email.
Open the Vero sign-in page and select Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your Vero account and select Send Verification Code.
Check your email for the six-digit verification code. If you cannot find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Return to the verification screen in the same browser and enter the code. Vero checks it automatically when all six digits are entered, or you can select Verify Code.
Enter your new password in New Password and Confirm New Password, then select Update Password.
Troubleshooting
If the email does not arrive
Allow a few minutes for delivery, then check your inbox and spam or junk folder.
Check that you entered the email address associated with your Vero account, without any typos.
If you still cannot find the email, return to Reset your password and request a new code. Use the newest email rather than an older code.
If your clinic manages your email, ask your IT team whether the message was filtered or quarantined.
For your privacy, Vero shows the same confirmation whether or not the email address belongs to an account. Seeing that confirmation does not confirm that an account exists.
If the code does not work
Check that you are entering all six digits from the newest email. If it is still rejected, restart the password-reset process and request a fresh code. Keep the verification screen open in the same browser while checking your email.
Frequently asked questions
I use Apple, Google, or Microsoft. Do I need a password reset?
Use Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or Continue with Microsoft with the same provider account you used to register. Resetting a Vero password does not change your provider password.
Is this the same as an MFA code?
The code for a password reset is sent by email. If Vero asks for an MFA code, use your authenticator app instead. See Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Still need help?
Email [email protected] with your account email, the sign-in method you use, and the exact error message. Never share your password, email verification code, or authenticator code.
