Vero lets you choose the languages used to understand an encounter separately from the language used to write the final note.
Voice Input Language: Choose up to three languages for voice recognition and encounter recording. Vero can follow language switching during the encounter.
Output Language: Choose one language for generated notes, headings, spelling, and medical terminology.
Vero currently provides 112 voice-input choices and 118 note-output choices.
Available Languages
Voice input and note output support the following base languages:

The six regional English options listed above are available for note output in addition to this base list.
Change Your Account Language Settings
Open Settings from the left sidebar.
Select Language.
Under Voice Input Language, select up to three languages.
Under Output Language, select the language for generated notes.
These choices become your account defaults.
Change Languages for an Encounter
Open or create an encounter.
In the recording bar, open Audio settings using the waveform and chevron control.
Choose up to three options under Voice Language.
Choose the note language under Output Language.
Set or change the languages before recording. The language controls are locked while recording is active.
Live Dictation Support
Live dictation inside the editor uses a narrower supported-language set than encounter recording. It currently supports:
Afrikaans, Albanian, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Basque, Belarusian, Bengali, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese (Mandarin), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Filipino (Tagalog), Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Malayalam, Marathi, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Welsh.
If the selected voice language is not available for live dictation, Vero will tell you before starting the microphone.
British, Australian, and Other English Options
For voice input, select English. The general English recognizer is used for English accents, including British and Australian English.
For generated notes, the Output Language menu includes:

If the Note Uses the Wrong Language
Check Output Language. This setting controls the generated note and is separate from voice input.
If the transcript is correct but the note uses the wrong language or regional spelling, select the intended Output Language and regenerate the note.
